* Limited Lifetime Warranty
All of our products include a Limited Lifetime Warranty which guarantees that upon receiving the product, it will be free of material and manufacturing defects.* This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase directly through veteranproject.com and applies to the items on the original order, not on replacement pieces. A warranty replacement can only be issued one time per item. However, the warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer or third party. Note that this warranty only protects against damage caused by normal wear/use. Lost or stolen items as well as damage caused by carelessness are not covered under this warranty. In the event that your chain or connecting hardware breaks, we will honor this warranty and repair or replace the item, once the original item is shipped back to us or we approve the replacement with another method. You are responsible for the cost of any postage to return the item to us, but not for the postage needed to reship the replacement item back to you. In the event that a damaged item is out of stock or not available, this warranty will be voided. If we are able to, items that are no longer available may be offered partial store credit or a similar replacement piece that is currently for sale on the site. Additionally, we will require a picture of the item in order to follow through with this policy.
